The 11th issue of our annual fall graphic event, #Spotlax2024 only 2 weeks. Here is all the information you need to make the most of this exciting event!

First, comments about the activity. Spotlax was initially considered an informal gathering, and this spirit remains largely true. This is an activity to chat with old gatherings of friends, enjoy the air atmosphere and take photos. We hope that everyone at Spotlax, especially our new attendees, feel welcomed. Please feel free to jump in and join the conversation. While some of us may come together like old friends we haven’t seen in a year, we all look forward to the same every year as we love to see old faces.

Again this year jettip Will Free for the whole weekend Therefore, you can keep the best airplane arrival and departure tags. Also, make sure you get the plane list from Jettip’s Nick Benson. It’s a fun way to track all the different airlines and aircraft types you see this weekend.

Walk around

Apart from car rental, taxi and private rides, there are several other options to bypass Los Angeles International Airport. Several bus routes offer low-cost transportation from the Los Angeles Transportation Center to every location in the airport. There is also a cheap public ride sharing option. Check out our new Slack public transport page Summarize.

Popular places around Lax

There are several popular spots for discovery around Lax. Details about many of these can be updated recently in our A guide to discovery of slack.

The guide is not on the rooftop deck of the HOSTH Los Angeles Hotel, which is where we are located this year’s neighborhood and the rooftop discovery party on Friday night. The view from the rooftop deck on the 12th floor of H Hotel is hard to beat. As the track approaches the track, the arrival of the track 24R is almost level with you. You can also enjoy the elevated view of the 24L runway and see the length of the runway. Despite frequent backlighting, there are also views on the arrival and departure of the south side of the airport. You will need at least 300mm to 400mm lenses here. Even longer lenses can work. The photo on the left comes with an almost fully expanded Sigma 150-600mm lens.

Hotel guests leading to the rooftop deck are reserved. They may have a one-day pass and ask at the front desk. There is a bathroom on the 12th floor. There is a coffee shop and bar on the first floor and a subway outside the back door.
