Celebrity Parade has canceled the next voyage for celebrities outside Miami due to technical issues on board.
Yesterday, Celebrity Parade sent a letter to guests who booked a July 20, 2025 sailing boat, telling them that their parade would be postponed for one day. They provide compensation for missed cruises and hotel accommodation.
Now, the Celebrity Parade has sent them another letter telling them that their parade has been cancelled.
Beyond celebrities Currently, technical problems affecting the speed of the ship are being encountered. Repairs take more time than originally thought, so the Cruise Line has no choice but to cancel the cruise.
The letter sent to the guest indicates the following:
“Dear guests, we want to share important updates about your upcoming “Celebrity Sailing Beyond Celebrity.” As we shared yesterday, during the last voyage, the ship experienced a technical issue that affected its speed. Although our team has been working hard, we need extra time to complete the necessary evaluation and repairs.
“After careful consideration of all options, we made the difficult decision to cancel the July 20, 2025 voyage. We sincerely apologize for this unexpected change and the damage caused by your travel plans. We know we can’t give you your vacation time, but we are still committed to doing it.”
Compensation for passengers
Guests will fully refund any paid portion of their cruise fare, including non-refundable deposits.
Celebrity Parade said that as a gesture of kindness, they will also provide guests with Future Cruise Credit (FCC) worth 100% of the cruise fare. They will receive it via email sometime within the next two weeks.
If guests use the FCC to pay their cruise fee, their original FCC will be restored.
This process will be automatic and guests will receive a refund within 14 days.
If a guest star booked their flight through Celebrity Parade, the cruise route will contact them for new travel details.
For guests who book their own travel, Celebrity Cruises will make their domestic flights up to $200 and international flights at $400.
The cruise line also offers guests an additional reimbursement for one night, up to $250. All they need to do is send the email receipt to [email protected] Its name, booking number, ship, sailing date and contact information.
The Celebrity Tour ended the letter saying they thanked the guests for their incredible patience. They apologize for the interruption of the cruise holiday and how they hope to welcome guests back on board again.
The cancelled voyage of the celebrity sailboat was scheduled to be cruising for the Eastern Caribbean on a seven-night cruise today. The boat plans to visit Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Martin.
