Space perspective A law firm representing the new owner said it had been acquired by European airlines.
Cromades & Calvo-Sotelo, a law firm representing EOS-X space, announced this week that the company has gained a competitor’s space perspective after the competitive bidding process. Madrid-based EOS-X space plans to operate luxury space tourism flights using high aerial balloons.
The spatial perspective seems to have stopped operating Earlier this year, it was deported from the Florida airport. The company did not respond to inquiries about weekly travel earlier this year.

But now, the spatial perspective seems to have resumed the final acquisition, with its price not disclosed. Juan Miguel Olry de Lima Y Lima, communications manager at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, said the space view will change its name, but it has not been announced yet.
EOS-X Space said Space Perspective will operate automatically with U.S. headquarters and leadership capabilities. The announcement said the company will retain part of its former team and accelerate operations.
“This is a historic opportunity for two companies that were once competitors,” EOS-X Space CEO Kemel Kharbachi said in the announcement.
Space perspective will be announced to operate a space port in Florida at the Kennedy Space Center for close flights and a rally headquarters in California. It is unclear where the space perspective within the Kennedy Space Center operates; the company is facing an eviction procedure from the Florida Landlord Space Center.
“We want to emphasize that this is a completely new operation with different ownership,” Olry de Labry Y Lima said. “Any unpaid obligations belonging to previous companies and are being resolved during the liquidation process. New space perspectives have begun new and independent negotiations with Florida Space to begin our future operations at the facility.”
A new company without a contractual obligation
He said the new version of the space perspective has acquired the technology, assets and intellectual property rights of the previous space perspective through asset purchase agreements. The new company will not assume any debt or contractual obligations, including customer contracts or booking databases.
Olry de Labry Y Lima said that in custody, client deposits are held in custody and are part of the bankruptcy proceedings under the management of the liquidator or trustee.
Space Perspective plans to charge $125,000 per seat on its capsules, but Olry de Labry y Lima said the company “reevaluated the entire customer journey and value proposition before reopening official sales.”
