According to a new industry report, European tourism is working to move beyond the experimental phase of artificial intelligence, even as their marketing departments embrace the technology to create content and translation tasks.

The survey found that 93% of national tourism agencies across Europe were at least involved in AI tools, but few people integrated AI tools into their operations and daily work.
