Sh Minerva returns to the Swan Greek fleet!
Sh Minerva Now back to the Greek fleet of Swans. After routine maintenance and preparation for Swan Hellenic’s usual high standards, she will set sail in November to join her sisters Sh Vega and Sh Diana, where she will be there Starting 2025 – 2026 Antarctic Winter.
Then, in March 2026she will launch the first Swan Greece Asia Pacific Seasonbringing its award-winning cultural expeditions to the new horizon, these expedition areas expand the discovery opportunities for adventurers around the globe.

The cutting-edge expedition ship Sh Minerva was built at the Helsinki shipyard Oy in late 2021 and was leased to Swan Hellenic by Irish owner STLC Europe 9 Nine Leas Leas Ltd.
STLC Europe’s parent company, Nine-Training Co., Ltd., GTLK Europe DAC, was approved by the EU, the United States and the United Kingdom from April to August 2022, due to the name of Russian giant Russian leasing company Pao GTLK, the parent company of GTLK Europe Dac. Therefore, Sh Minerva has been idle in Fray Bentos, Uruguay since April 2022. In May 2023, GTLK Europe DAC was liquidated. The Joint Liquidator was appointed by the Irish High Court and PAO GTLK and subsequently lost control of GTLK Europe DAC and all its subsidiaries, including STLC Europe Nine Leasings Limited.
After a prolonged negotiation with the Joint Liquidator, Swan Hellenic finally regained the European SH Minerva 9 Leasing Co., Ltd. under Sh Minerva of STLC Europe from all applicable sanctions on July 25, 2025 using shareholder funds.
The return of Sh Minerva marks an exciting new chapter for Swan Helenic, with its three-body fleet bringing its guests to the heart of remote destinations around the world, cruising with sophisticated elegance “Look at what others have nothing to do”.
