This summer, W Dubai – Palm invites diners to indulge in the bold flavors of “Weastion of W Wist” – a well-curated culinary journey with an exclusive set menu of 220 per person. From rooftop cocktails and modern Japanese plates to Mediterranean cozy food and poolside bites, this experience blends the city’s most vibrant dining destinations: Akira Back, Olivino, Wet Dek and Sobe – a place throughout July, August, August and September.
akira is backFrom 2022 to 2025, selected as one of the recommended Michelin guides in Dubai, providing a modern Japanese menu that is enhanced by Korean influence. The Taste of W set menu includes a starter, main, side, and dessert, with highlights such as the 48-Hour Shortrib with seasonal root vegetables, Grilled Salmon with spicy teriyaki and nori rice cracker and the signature Butter Mochi Cake with coconut sorbet and salted caramel popcorn, all served in a sleep, design-led setting with rooftop views of Palm Jumeirah.

Olivino Provides a sophisticated Mediterranean dining experience. The restaurant is named after two Mediterranean key points (olives and wine). The set menu features light starters like Crispy Calamari or refreshing Quinoa Salad, mains such as Lamb Cutlets with broccolini and mashed potatoes or Wild Mushroom Risotto with truffle, followed by mouthwatering desserts including the rich Milky Baklava or Pa Amb Xocolata – a modern twist on the classic Spanish chocolate and bread.
