  • Wonderful taste: If you have never had a watermelon salad before, you may be skeptical about combining sweet tomatoes and feta cheese. However, this combination strikes the perfect balance, and the savory and salty tastes really enhance the natural sweetness of the watermelon.
  • Easy to make: This salad has only a few steps of blending together in a few ingredients. No cooking is required, so it will make the party quick and enjoyable as long as you have about 30 minutes to cool the refrigerator.

  • 4 cups of watermelon balls: Juicy watermelon is the main attraction of this salad and we all use red and yellow seedless varieties. Cube watermelons can also work well, depending on your preference, and you can use a variety of large or small watermelons in the grocery store.
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes: Cherry tomatoes balance the sweetness of this recipe and add to its bright colors. We prefer sugar bombs.
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint: One of the most popular fresh herbs in summer. A little bit can go a long way to go!

Make dressings:

  • 1/4 cup EVOO: Extra virgin olive oil is a salad staple and its subtle flavor perfectly ties the dish together.
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar: Be more irritating and subtle acidity.
  • 1 teaspoon salt: Did you know that adding a little salt to the watermelon will actually make it taste sweeter? A pinch of salt does the same thing in this delicious salad.
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice: For that rich tropical Zing.

Finally, after refrigerating the salad, you need a balsamic glaze.
